Keystone Architectural Services frequently teams with general contractors on Design/Build projects. Keystone's knowledge of the New York State building code provides a great benefit to builders who are preparing preliminary design and cost estimates. With years of experience, Keystone understands what builders expect, and can work closely with them to govern budget concerns throughout the design and construction process.
For this project, Keystone Architectural teamed with Plank Construction Co. to provide a 30,000-square-foot, one-story warehouse addition, which was a pre-engineered metal building. This was followed by a 2,000-square-foot dock addition, which greatly enhanced the owner's ability to provide service to customers.
