Keystone Architectural Services provided the developer with conceptual color renderings of this building, which the developer used to attract the primary tenant. The 10,000-square-foot, single-story office building is wood-framed with brick veneer, and has a pitched roof. On large wood-framed structures such as this, the roof tends to be visually overpowering. Keystone Architectural carefully designed a series of gables of different sizes to lead the observer's eye from the roof to the main entry. The gabled entrance also allows a spacious two-story, glass-fronted lobby, bringing light into the building through the central corridor. This corridor and the centrally located toilet room serve three tenants, maximizing the flexibility of the interior space.
